Louise is always so kind and welcoming. She offers amazing treatments and I noticed such a difference even after my first one. She provides a detailed skin care plan and always at the end of the phone to offer support or answer questions!

Louise is an incredibly knowledgeable and passionate skin specialist who listened to all of my concerns and tailored an incredible 2 hour + treatment, just for me. She talks you through what she’s doing and what it might feel like. She is caring and makes a point of not rushing you at all. Easily one of the best facials and massages I’ve ever had! Amazing as ever! I have seen Louise a few times now for an array of stunning treatments.
